Developed by the Arctic Eider Society with the Canadian Museum of Nature, it celebrates the community’s enduring connection to the land, sea, and each other.

Sylvia Safdie: TERRA showcases the work of Montreal-based artist Sylvia Safdie, featuring paintings, sculpture, and video. Before dinosaurs, life began its transition from water to land. Life onto Land: The Devonian explores this pivotal chapter in Earth’s history, when early vertebrates evolved features that would eventually allow movement onto land.The exhibition examines the Devonian Period and highlights Tiktaalik roseae, a transitional species between fish and four limbed vertebrates.
