You are invited to the Ottawa Orchid Society\’s 42nd annual orchid show\non May 2-3\, 2026\, featuring many blooming orchids in stunning\, colourful orchid displays\, a\nphotographic exhibition\, and orchid vendors selling outstanding orchid plants and orchid\nsupplies. Society members will provide growing tips and educational displays for visitors.\nFor avid shoppers or those who want a little space an exclusive premium ticket costing $30 is\navailable at Eventbrite for entry to the vending area one hour before the show opens 11-12 only\non Saturday. Only 100 tickets will be sold and are not valid for any other time. Entry to the show\ndisplays is not permitted before 12 p.m.\nPhotographers with tripods welcome Sunday 9-11am.

DESCRIPTION:Join fellow sports fans and catch professional baseball games from May to September in Canada’s capital at Ottawa Stadium\, just east of downtown.  \nThe Ottawa Titans Baseball Club plays in the Eastern Conference of the Frontier League\, which includes 15 teams from Ontario\, Québec\, and the U.S. northeast. The team’s mascot\, Cappy\, is a family favourite. During non-game days and the off-season\, the 10\,000-seat RCGT Park stadium is also used to host concerts\, festivals and other events.  \nThe venue is conveniently located along Ottawa’s main highway\, and parking is available. The stadium is also easily accessible by public transportation via the light rail O-Train Confederation Line\, which stops at the VIA Rail station just a short walk from the stadium.
