The team’s mascot\, Cappy\, is a family favourite. During non-game days and the off-season\, the 10\,000-seat RCGT Park stadium is also used to host concerts\, festivals and other events.  \nThe venue is conveniently located along Ottawa’s main highway\, and parking is available. The stadium is also easily accessible by public transportation via the light rail O-Train Confederation Line\, which stops at the VIA Rail station just a short walk from the stadium.

Music lovers from the Ottawa region are invited to come enjoy lunch outdoors with a variety of captivating singer-songwriters in solo or duo formations. DESCRIPTION:A powwow is a gathering to celebrate First Nations culture through dance\, songs\, food and crafts\, and is open to all. The Pow Wow Workout is 45-minute high-intensity exercise program that will incorporate powwow dance steps from different styles of powwow dance and the sounds of contemporary and traditional powwow music into a simple\, follow-along workout. Amanda Fox will introduce Pow Wow’s history and cultural context throughout the program and respond to questions throughout the session.
