DESCRIPTION:Watch the world-famous RCMP Musical Ride Mounties perform a free\, time-honoured tradition in Canada’s capital\, including complex and thrilling cavalry figures and drills choreographed to music.  \nOver one weekend each summer\, a full troop of 32 riders and their horses perform the Canadian Sunset Ceremonies at their home base—the RCMP Musical Ride Centre\, located just east of downtown Ottawa. The time-honoured tradition features an impressive performance by the Musical Ride\, a flag lowering ceremony at sunset\, and a participatory singing of the national anthem.  \nThis free event is held outdoors and may be canceled due to inclement weather.

In total the events raised $12\,790 for ALS Canada and we hope to grow bigger\, create more awareness\, reach more people\, and raise more funds for research to help find a cure for ALS. \nALS Awareness BBQ – Starts at 1 pm at the Stray Dog Brewing Company\, located at 501 Lacolle Way\, Orleans for everyone This event will consist of live music\, a silent auction\, and will be powered by the brewery\, with delicious cuisine from Angry Dragonz and the Valley Sausage Co.!
